Week 6: 🟣 Third Eye - Intuition
Strengthen your intuition and connect with your inner wisdom in this experiential workshop. Blending ancient Ayurvedic practices with modern tools, this session is designed to nourish and activate your third eye chakra.

Within each class we will warm-up, drill some combinations, dance across the floor, and build our own easy-to-follow mini routine. Towards the end of class, we will challenge you to perform the routine at slow, medium, and fast tempos! We will explore different choreographies every Friday! Ready for a fun challenge?! LET’S GO!
