This is a great opportunity to work together as a community, to inspire each other, share ideas, uplift each other when we fall short, encourage each other when we doubt ourselves, and celebrate our wins (no matter how big or small)!

This class is designed for dancers to explore and combine some of Carmen’s favorite dance genres: Salsa, Samba, Baile Funk, and Funk. Within each class we will warm-up, drill some combinations, dance across the floor, and build our own easy-to-follow mini routine. Towards the end of class, we will challenge you to perform the routine at slow, medium, and fast tempos! We will explore different choreographies every Friday! Ready for a fun challenge?! LET’S GO!
This class is a bi-weekly offering to explore the body through yoga asana. We will use micromovements and the breath to listen to our bodies and bring support. This is a gentle, slow-moving yoga practice.

Ayurveda believes that the root of all disease begins in our digestive system, so it is crucial to cook and eat things that are easily digestible and assimilated into our tissues. Kitchari is a balancing staple meal in Ayurveda. You will learn about the nutritive benefits of the main components and why kitchari is such a staple meal. I'll be demonstrating how to make it in class; everyone will enjoy a bowl and some hot tea.
