As part of our commitment to Mental Health Awareness Month, this workshop invites you to slow down, reset, and nourish your nervous system. Experience deep relaxation and nourishment through a soothing sound bath and Ayurvedic wisdom for nervous system balance. Learn how grounding foods and herbal support can help regulate stress and promote lasting well-being. This workshop offers a holistic reset, leaving you feeling calm, centered, and replenished.

Please Bring:

  • Yoga mat or something to lie on

  • Journal & Pen

  • Blanket & Pillow (one blanket will be provided by BTWC, per person)

  • Eye Mask

  • Tea Mug

  • Any additional items that will allow you to be comfortable

Zoom will open 10 min before class start time, zoom link will be sent via email from Eventbrite within 2 hours of the event.

Menlo Park Rec (Cypress Room):  Check in 6:30pm, Event Time 6:45-8pm. Please arrive during check in time 6:30-6:40pm to settle in and to avoid disruptions to fellow attendees.
