Who We Are
Banyan Tree Women’s Collective (BTWC) was founded by two Bay Area women. Although they came from very different life experiences, over their years of friendship and sisterhood they shared the vision and passion to create a diverse and inclusive wellness collective founded by women for the women of their communities.
BTWC welcomes all allies, innovators and believers in equality to join the collective regardless of their gender or identity. We believe there is power in community.

This class is designed for dancers to explore and combine some of Carmen’s favorite dance genres: Salsa, Samba, Baile Funk, and Funk. Within each class we will warm-up, drill some combinations, dance across the floor, and build our own easy-to-follow mini routine. Towards the end of class, we will challenge you to perform the routine at slow, medium, and fast tempos! We will explore different choreographies every Friday! Ready for a fun challenge?! LET’S GO!

Explore the solar chakra, where mindset and energy intersect to empower us in making confident decisions and leading with authenticity. This workshop is designed for anyone seeking to grow as a leader—whether in a formal leadership role or on a personal development journey. You’ll leave equipped to lead yourself and others with confidence, clarity, and purpose.

WEEK 4: 🟢 Heart - Love
Reconnect with your heart center and manifest your deepest desires in this two-part experience. Begin with a soothing sound bath to balance your heart chakra, then transition into a creative vision boarding session to set clear and intentional goals.
Join us for a transformative experience through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice often referred to as "yogic sleep."
