A deeply restorative three-week series (April 16, 23, 30) designed to support your healing and transformation through sound healing, somatic movement, and intentional lifestyle coaching. Each 90-minute session blends trauma-informed movement, chakra-aligned sound baths, and guided coaching, creating a safe and nurturing space for self-discovery and growth.
You’ll walk away with practical tools for self-regulation, a personalized wellness framework, and a deeper connection to your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
To support your journey beyond the sessions, you'll have access to a private WhatsApp group for weekly check-ins, accountability, and community support. Plus, those who complete all three weeks will receive a complimentary 60-minute private coaching session via Zoom to further integrate and refine their personal wellness goals.
✨ What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a journal, a water bottle, and any props (blanket, pillow) that support your comfort, and tea.
