Through Yoga Nidra, a soothing meditative practice often called "yogic sleep," you will be led into a profound state of relaxation.
We will meet every Tuesday night for the month of May. Attending four Yoga Nidra sessions consistently each week allows for deeper nervous system relaxation and emotional processing than a once-a-month practice. The cumulative effect helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and build resilience more effectively. Consistent practice rewires the brain for lasting calm, clarity, and balance.
This practice does not involve traditional yoga poses; instead, you’ll lie comfortably on your back as you are led through this meditative process. No prior experience is needed—all levels are welcome!
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing
A yoga mat, blanket, or cushion for added comfort
An open mind and readiness to rest and manifest
Arrive well-digested and prepared to step into a state of deep relaxation.
