Day 10: Reset-Restore-Realign Challenge

Schedule of Classes (PST):

6-6:15am I Chantal I FB LIVE - Accountability

6:30-7:00am I Chantal I ZOOM - Nidra MORNING ENERGY: We will use this time to drop into your deepest state of consciousness where deep rest, spacious awareness and connection back to Self is experienced. You will be guided to awaken your energy flow for the day. What you will need: somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down (bed or mat with some padding works), pillow, blanket, and a small rolled up towel under your knees if you have lower back issues.

12-12:30pm I Divya I ZOOM- Energize with Carbs: Join Divya for a fun and energizing Zoom class celebrating the delicious world of carbohydrates, our body's natural energy source. Discover the power of carbs to leave you feeling invigorated and satisfied!

5-6:00pm I Carmen I ZOOM- Calisthenics (45min) / Stretch (15min): The main focus of the Calisthenics Classes is to build a better fitness base by using your own bodyweight as resistance to perform multi-jount, compound movements. We will take you through a mix of upper-body, lower-body, and core exercises with little to no equipment. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome to join!

6:30-7:45pm I Chantal I ZOOM - Reflect and Reset Yoga Nidra: journal prompt, intention setting, yoga nidra, leading up to the full moon. We will use this time to drop into your deepest state of consciousness where deep rest, spacious awareness and connection back to Self is experienced. You will be guided to reflect on where you are now, and to reset yourself to take on whatever is coming in this next moon cycle. What you will need: a journal, pen, somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down (bed or mat with some padding works), pillow, blanket, and a small rolled up towel under your knees if you have lower back issues.
