6-6:15am I Mel I FB LIVE - Accountability
6:30-7:15am I Mel I ZOOM - Morning Sound for higher vibrational living: You will need a quiet space and a place to lie down. Optimal items for comfort: earbuds for optimal sound, eye-mask, pillow, blanket, journal and pen.
8:30-9:15am I Joanne I ZOOM - POP Pilates: POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. You will need an open space, a mat, water and towel. All levels welcome!
12-12:30pm I Krystle I ZOOM- Lunchtime yoga flow with Krystle: Reminder that it's ok to take a break! Midday movement to recalerbrate the mind, body and spirit. This practice does not require a mat but a chair will be helpful. We will sit in the chair or use it for balance. A chair without arms is best.
5-5:45pm I Mel I ZOOM- Dance: Join Mel for an easy to follow dance class.
6-6:45pm I Mukta I ZOOM - Quick greens cooking demo: We know - you’d eat more leafy greens if you knew how to cook them. Leafy greens (especially the dark ones) are anti-inflammatory, liver-supportive and chockful of essential vitamins, minerals and fiber. Join this session to learn the basics of cooking leafy greens and making them irresistibly delish!
