8-8:55am | Joanne I ZOOM - Kickboxing with Joanne: This medium-to-high intensity cardio class uses the fundamentals of kickboxing, in a fun, high-powered environment. Using a variety of simple punch and kick combinations, along with boxer’s footwork, this class is designed to build endurance, tone muscles and increase agility. You will need an open space, a mat, water and towel. All levels welcome!
