8-8:50am I Joanne I ZOOM - Firey Yoga Flow with Joanne: In this Yoga Flow class, we will be connecting our movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. We will also work on balance, strength, flexibility and progressive sequencing. We will need a yoga mat, towel and water. All levels welcome!
9-10:00am I Jessica I Zoom - Sound Healing for the morning: Would you like to reset that beautiful nervous system of yours and rest for a bit? Please join us for an hour long Virtual Sound Healing Experience and drift off into a state of relaxation. Get cozied up at home in your jammies with a warm blanket and receive the sounds of the crystal singing bowls to reharmonize and elevate your energy.
12-12:30pm | Divya I FB LIVE - Accountability check in and Q& A
4-6pm | DIvya I ZOOM - Food Prepping for Accountability with Divya: Food prepping is one of the best habits to develop for your wellness. Come with your own menu to cook or join Divya to cook her simple and easy to follow dishes that allow you to mix and match for multiple meals to help keep you on track of your food intake. Protein sources will be given for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Recipes can be found in the files section in the Facebook group one week before the class to allow time for shopping.
