6-6:15am I Mel I FB LIVE - Accountability

6:30am-7:15am I Mel I ZOOM-Morning Yoga Flow for Motivation: This is an alignment focused class for creating awareness and energy in the body to start the day with a positive outlook. Props needed for this class: Yoga Mat, water, towel.

12-12:45pm | Patty I ZOOM - Love Your Lymph with Patty: Join me to learn simple, holistic self-care practices that can help you achieve healthy glowing skin this Winter! Lymphatic drainage massage helps clear out your body's wastes while improving blood flow and the delivery of fresh oxygen & nutrients to your skin. By loving your lymph and stimulating your lymphatic vessels on a regular basis, you’ll promote detoxification while boosting your immune health. The result? Healthy, radiant looking skin!

5-5:45pm | Carmen I ZOOM - Calisthenics (30 min)/ Stretch (15 min): The main focus of the Calisthenics Classes is to build a better fitness base by using your own bodyweight as resistance to perform multi-jount, compound movements. We will take you through a mix of upper-body, lower-body, and core exercises with little to no equipment. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome to join!

6:00pm | Mukta I ZOOMAn immune boosting soup/broth: Drinking soups and broths are a delicious way to maximize the power of seasonal veggies, herbs and spices, bolster your nutrient reserves and keep your immune system happy. In this class, we’ll make a simple broth with flu-fighting ingredients – perfect to sip on when you need a boost this challenge!

8-8:45pm | Madaly I ZOOMBedtime Breathe and Sound: Please join with a digested stomach. You will want a dedicated space that is quiet and allows you to lie down. Optional items for a better experience: eyemask, cup of bedtime hot tea, blanket, earphone/headphones, pillow, bolster.
