6:30am-7:15am I Mel I ZOOM-Morning Sound for higher vibrational living: You will need a quiet space and a place to lie down. Optimal items for comfort: earbuds for optimal sound, eye-mask, pillow, blanket, journal and pen.

8:30-9:15am | Joanne I ZOOM - POP Pilates: POP Pilates is a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean dancer's body like nothing else can. You will need an open space, a mat, water and towel. All levels welcome!

12-12:45pm | Divya I ZOOM - Gut Instincts: Decoding the Connection Between Digestion and Chronic Illness: Gut problems cause so much more than just digestive discomfort and acid reflux. Fatigue, anxiety, weight gain, low back pain, and autoimmune diseases can also be rooted in digestive weakness. Join Divya Gupta to learn why gut problems often lead to chronic illness and what you can do to overcome it.

4-4:45pm | Martina I ZOOMThe Snacking Secret to Balanced Blood Sugar: Have you ever felt confused about snacks? Healthy snacks can actually make a big difference in our energy levels, digestion, nutrient intake, and cravings. Join us to deep dive the secret to healthy snacking, and how to use it as a tool to keep our blood sugar balanced.

5-5:30pm | Krystle I ZOOMYoga Flow: We will explore how we're feeling this eveing by scanning the body, tuning into the breath and moving through any stauck emotions. This practice will be low to the ground; getting into the neck, shoulders, upper back, low back, hips, hamstrings and ankles, Class will end with a massge, bring along coconut oil, seasame oil or olive oil.

6-7:00pm | Carmen I ZOOMAccountability Session with Coach Carmen: Creating and maintaining your first goal: Mini educational series for creating small and effective changes for: improving sleep, making dietary changes, daily movement plans, taking time for your mental health, etc.
