Day 20: Reset-Restore-Realign Challenge

Schedule of Classes (PST):

8:30-9:15am I Joanne I ZOOM - Pilates CORE: work on the abdominals, obliques, lower back and gluteal muscles...everything that make up our core! You'll need a mat and a towel to help us sculpt these muscles utilizing Pilates technique. All levels welcome!

12-12:45pm I Alyssa I ZOOM- Brain and Body Warm Up: A fun brain and body challenge using rotational movements from head to toe.

5:30-6:30pm I Chantal and Divya I ZOOM- Closeout Celebration: Description coming soon…
