6-6:15am I Chantal I FB LIVE - Accountability
6:30-7:00am I Chantal I ZOOM - Nidra MORNING ENERGY: We will use this time to drop into your deepest state of consciousness where deep rest, spacious awareness and connection back to Self is experienced. You will be guided to awaken your energy flow for the day. What you will need: somewhere quiet and comfortable to lie down (bed or mat with some padding works), pillow, blanket, and a small rolled up towel under your knees if you have lower back issues.
12-12:30pm I Patty I ZOOM- Gua Sha for TMJ reflief: If you suffer from TMJ syndrome or jaw tension, then this class is for you! Join me to learn facial Gua Sha techniques for relieving pain, inflammation, and stiffness in your jaw region and more. Gua Sha, which translates to "scraping sand", is a traditional Chinese healing technique that involves scraping the skin with a tool to promote circulation, stimulate blood flow, and promote the body's natural healing processes. Please bring a gua sha tool (or spoon) and a facial oil so you can practice during the demo.
5-6:00pm I Carmen I ZOOM- Calisthenics (45min) / Stretch (15min): The main focus of the Calisthenics Classes is to build a better fitness base by using your own bodyweight as resistance to perform multi-jount, compound movements. We will take you through a mix of upper-body, lower-body, and core exercises with little to no equipment. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome to join!
