Schedule of Classes (PST):
8:30-9:15am I Joanne I ZOOM - Pilates CORE: This class works on the abdominals, obliques, lower back and gluteal muscles...everything that make up our core! You'll need a mat and a towel to help us sculpt these muscles utilizing Pilates technique. All levels welcome!
12-12:45pm I Alyssa I ZOOM- Inner Heat: Warm up your body in the short and long term by building muscle. This class will focus on hip strengthening. 45min
5:30-6pm I Mukta I ZOOM- Accountability session: check in, food planning for the weekend, journal prompt (focus).
