Tapas: Heat. Passion. This practice is for hot summer nights. The heat will allow your muscles to be looser and relaxed to allow for more release. We will connect to our breath through guided meditation. Our breath work will lead us into movement. We will move slow in this practice and explore postures to create your own unique asana. To prepare for class, be well hydrated by sipping coconut water, spring water or eating juicy fruit throughout the day. Bring a towel, water bottle, yoga mat and journal to class. If you feel overheated during class: sip water, stay low to the ground, pucker your lips and and inhale through your mouth, exhale through your nose.
