  • explore how to nourish ourselves using a ‘sattvic’ approach; i.e. one that promotes balance and wellbeing;

  • discuss the basic principles of sattva and food - and how that might translate into a meal or snack; and

  • make a craveable balanced salad that calms your mind, satisfies your belly and refreshes your spirit.
