While feeling stress is completely normal and healthy, extended periods of stress (i.e. chronic) remains one of the underlying root causes of most illness and disease. In this class, we’ll explore ways in which chronic stress wreaks havoc on  our mental, physical, and emotional states before sharing valuable tools that help us better manage stress. You’ll learn about the important role that medicinal herbs play in stress management and have the opportunity to create a herbal remedy that will help to promote rest and relaxation.
