A 4-Week Holistic Wellness Program

Mondays 9/30, 10/7, 10/21, 10/28

This 4-week series offers 90-minute classes combining lectures and hands-on activities, designed to empower marginalized and historically forgotten communities with foundational wellness knowledge. No prior experience is needed. Each session explores the four pillars of wellness:

  1. Movement: Yoga, stretching bodyweight exercises

  2. Nutrition: Healthy fats, macronutrients, blood sugar regulation, mindful eating

  3. Spirit: Breath work, meditation, mindfulness

  4. Lifestyle: Quality sleep hygiene, goal setting, healthy brain habits
