This 4-week series offers 90-minute classes combining lectures and hands-on activities, designed to empower marginalized and historically forgotten communities with foundational wellness knowledge. No prior experience is needed. Each session explores the four pillars of wellness:
Movement: Yoga, stretching bodyweight exercises
Nutrition: Healthy fats, macronutrients, blood sugar regulation, mindful eating
Spirit: Breath work, meditation, mindfulness
Lifestyle: Quality sleep hygiene, goal setting, healthy brain habits
