Sarayu is a yoga instructor, Ayurvedic coach, military veteran, and social justice advocate. Drawing on her roots in meditation and breathwork from her Indian upbringing, as well as her transformative experiences in the military, Sarayu blends intention, strength, and body-awareness practices to create inclusive, supportive spaces where students can reconnect with their inner selves and restore balance.

With a passion for accessibility, Sarayu offers Ayurvedic consultations and yoga services at reduced rates to ensure wellness is available to all in her community. Her approach is shaped by years of leadership experience, a deep commitment to public service, and her ongoing work to advance racial and social equity for the State of California.

In addition to her wellness practice, Sarayu holds an MBA from Norwich University and a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Illinois-Chicago. She advocates for mental health awareness and works to uplift marginalized communities. Outside of teaching, Sarayu enjoys culinary arts, volunteering, and practicing self-care rituals.

Her mission is to create healing spaces where people of all backgrounds feel safe, seen, and supported on their journey to wholeness.
