Through Yoga Nidra, a soothing meditative practice often called "yogic sleep," you will be led into a profound state of relaxation. In this deeply restful journey, you’ll release physical and emotional tension, allowing your nervous system to reset and renew naturally.

During the Yoga Nidra practice you will be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound as crystal bowls, chimes, and voice creating a blissful soundscape. These harmonic frequencies work on a cellular level, helping to calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and bring the body into a state of harmonious rest.
