A workshop to learn how to reclaim power over our mental health + moods through whole foods. We will work together to do a current mental-health check in, review the top 6 nutrients that support mental health (and where to find them), and learn the top 10 mental health powerfoods. Walk away with actionable goals to reduce stress and feel better!
