Sound healing and breathework are not just spiritual wellness practices, they are proven as science backed therapeutic tools to improve many areas of one's well being. Effective for stress reduction and benefiting mental health and Immune health. The cognitive benefits have been proven to enhance memory. Come to class with an empty or digested stomach. Create a space in your home that is quiet and dark where you can lay down.
