With more and more people turning to plant based eating to support both personal and environmental health, it is important to understand the fundamentals. It is a common misconception that plant-based eating means being 100% vegan or vegetarian. In this workshop we will bust common plant-based myths and review health considerations in adapting to a plant-forward style of eating. Join us to learn the basics of how to make nourishing, plant-based meals that work for you and your family.  Time for Q & A, so come with questions!
