Join us for this lunchtime session of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is for anyone and everyone, you do not need any prior yoga experience. It is practiced lying down so you will need a mat, a pillow, and some blankets or you can lie on your bed. Practicing yoga nidra in the middle of the day is the perfect opportunity to re-center. Join us for this 30 minute lunchtime yoga nidra practice and ground back into your body while learning to manifest your sankalpa, or “vision,” from within your own consciousness.
