Join us for this evening session of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is for anyone and everyone, you do not need any prior yoga experience. It is practiced lying down so you will need a mat, a pillow, and some blankets or you can lie on your bed. Practicing yoga nidra in the evening is the perfect antidote for a busy mind and rushed days. Join us for this evening yoga nidra practice and wind down while learning to manifest your sankalpa, or “vision,” from within your own consciousness.
