Join us for this morning session of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is for anyone and everyone, you do not need any prior yoga experience. It is practiced lying down so you will need a mat, a pillow, and some blankets or you can lie on your bed. What we do in the morning can really set the tone for our energy and mindset for the rest of the day. Join us for this morning yoga nidra practice and start your day with a sense of peace and more energy!
