If you are feeling the winter blues, join us for our cook-along workshop, Mood Food: Balance the Winter Blues.  We will be making a Feel Good Three Bean Chili with energizing accompaniments to balance mood.  While we cook, we will discuss nutrition and lifestyle strategies to brighten the blues this season.  We hope you can join us in your home kitchen for this night of comfort and healing.
