We’ll be discussing diets and resolutions and why they don’t work for most of us. We’ll get into the anti-diet movement and intuitive eating and into what it means and how to listen and trust your body. How to get out of the guilt-shame spiral with food, diets and body. As well as how to set real goals and make real lasting change happen.
