Kundalini Yoga, known as the yoga of awareness, allows you to tap into your inner being to become aware of your limitations and power. It uses a combination of powerful breathwork and repetitive movements to move energy and come back into balance. In this class, we will focus on the heart space to bring in love and self-acceptance. What you need: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, pillows or bolster to sit on, water, and a quiet space.
