When it comes to spring cleansing, we often think of our home or living environment.  What if we applied the same concept to our bodies, which after coming out of winter hibernation, may be feeling sluggish or heavy? In this class we will explore energetics of the spring season and how they impact our overall health and well-being. You will learn about herbs and lifestyle practices, including gua sha facial massage techniques for managing seasonal allergies. These practices will support you in clearing out and letting go of what’s unwanted so you can head into spring feeling lighter and more invigorated!
