You only need three ingredients to craft naturally fizzy soda right from your home kitchen: ginger, sugar, and water. In this workshop, we will go over how to make a Ginger Bug, the starter necessary for making naturally fermented sodas. Then students will learn how to transform the Ginger Bug into herbal soda. Megan will share information about the health benefits of fermented foods and selected herbs for supporting digestion.
