The foam roller is Dr. Alyssa’s favorite piece of exercise equipment because it’s small, inexpensive, lightweight and versatile. She’s going to lead you through a workout with all her foam roller favorites. You’re going to walk away feeling like you got both a workout and a massage at the same time!
Must have a foam roller - 36” long, 6” diameter, preferably no bumps/contours. Here’s an example.
