While no one routine is perfect for everyone you will learn about individual practices and how to adapt each based on your unique mind-body constitution. I will demonstrate how to do tongue scraping, oil pulling, using a neti pot, eye wash, abhyanga/self-oil massage, dry brushing, and some simple breath-work practices. Creating and following a daily routine is an act of self-love. Come and love yourself!
