You will be lying down on your back, either on a mat with some blankets underneath for padding and on top for warmth, or on your bed, as you follow verbal instructions that lead you through a systematic journey of body awareness, breath control, and visualization. Attending this session can help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote better sleep while nurturing a sense of inner peace. It’s a perfect opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself.
To prepare, find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and any props (like a pillow or eye mask) that help you feel cozy and supported. Come well-digested. No prior experience needed.
