In Person Class
Led by: Jaimee Mack and Mel Fabreo-Montelongo
Join Mel and Jaimee of DanceVibes for a full mindbody experience of dance stretch and sound meditation. All levels are encouraged to join. Work on your coordination and confidence with fun dance drills, then learn upbeat choreography to the song “My Head My Heart”. At the end of class we will stretch and relax to a full body sound bath experience.
Doors will open at 11:15am, class starts promptly at 11:30a. Please make arrangements to arrive on time. There is ample parking onsite.
Dress in active wear
Wear dance shoes, go barefoot, or wear tennis shoes that allow easy pivoting.
Bring a mat (bolster and blanket are optional)
