If you sit at a desk all day for work and know that you need to move more, this class is for you! Learn how to take mindful yoga breaks for spinal health. We will practice simple poses and breath, while targeting the 3 sections of the spine: shoulders/neck, thoracic, and the lower back/hips. Gentle and beginner-friendly!
