Like turning on or off a light switch, how we feed our bodies can either promote or minimize cancer risk. In this 2-hour workshop we will define inflammation and discuss its relationship to disease prevention, reveal cancer promoting toxins hidden in the foods we eat, and help you assess the risks in your own kitchen. You’ll learn about important cancer fighting superfoods to include in your diet and some delicious recipes to inspire your own cancer free kitchen.
