Are you feeling burnt out or exhausted? Have stress and worry taken over your mind and body, making it difficult to manage your emotions? Stress is a normal emotion, and impacts everyone. In this workshop you will learn practical strategies to manage anxiety, worry, overwhelm, and stress. You will leave equipped with a toolbox to restore calm to your mind and body, and be grounded in your emotions. Participants will be served a calming snack with recipe and hot tea.
