This is a progressive fitness Boot Camp series meant to help you improve or begin your fitness journey in the new year. Open to all levels, you’ll work on both improving strength and cardio all while having fun in this virtual group setting from the safety and comforts of home. No fitness equipment is needed. All you need is yourself, a mat or towel and you’ll be finished in 30 minutes! (A sturdy chair is optional.)
