Stretching is like anti-aging for your muscles! This class will help you work on both strength and flexibility so you can move in a FULL range of motion. This dance-inspired stretch/flow class focuses on warming up the body, then stretching through all major muscle groups with a combination of flow, stretch and strength. We will go through an all level splits progressions (full splits will be optional) You will need a mat or something soft to put under your knees to participate.
