6-6:15am | Mel I FB LIVE - Accountability

6:15am-7:15am I Mel I ZOOM-Morning Sound for higher vibrational living: You will need a quiet space and a place to lie down. Optimal items for comfort: earbuds for optimal sound, eye-mask, pillow, blanket, journal and pen.

12-12:45pm | Chantal I ZOOM - Cleansing Kitchari cooking demo; warming food and great for digestion: Learn how to make an easy one-pot-meal that is easy to digest, cleansing, and nourishing all at the same time. Ayurveda believes that the root of all disease begins in our digestive system, so it is crucial to cook and eat things that are easily digestible and assimilated into our tissues. Kitchari is a balancing staple meal in Ayurveda. We will cook together and you will have a pot of kitchari to enjoy and share with others during this winter season.

6-6:50pm | Patty I ZOOMAlign & Achieve Goal Setting with Patty: Rather than focus on traditional New Year’s resolutions, let's start 2024 by setting goals that align with our core values and creating a roadmap to achieve them! Whether your dreams are big or small, this class is designed to help you assess and prioritize different areas of your life so you can create aspirations and SMART goals that support your vision for the upcoming months and year. Let’s make 2024 THE year of alignment and achievement—can’t wait to see you there!

Note: 2023 Reflection Worksheet & Align & Achieve Goal Setting Workbook will be in the files section of the Facebook group one week before class. To get the most out of this class, it is highly recommended that you complete the 2023 Reflection Worksheet beforehand.
