9-10am | Jessica I ZOOM- Sound Healing with Jessica: Would you like to reset that beautiful nervous system of yours and rest for a bit? Please join us for an hour long Virtual Sound Healing Experience and drift off into a state of relaxation. Get cozied up at home in your jammies with a warm blanket and receive the sounds of the crystal singing bowls to reharmonize and elevate your energy.
11am-11:45am | Mukta I ZOOM - Fermentation for Immune System Support: Did you know that eating fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi is not only good for your digestion, but can also support your immune system? Fermenting foods is also a great way to preserve them! In this class, we’ll make a simple kraut with immune-supportive veggies – then check on it during the challenge (should be ready to enjoy by Day 10!).
2-2:45pm | Martina I ZOOM - Breakfast Hacks for Blood Sugar Balance: Did you know that what we eat in the morning can impact our blood sugar for the entire day? Join us to learn the Do's and Don'ts of breakfast, and how to hack your breakfast for better energy, less cravings, and better sleep, better moods, and more balanced weight. Recipes included!
4-6pm | Melissa I Zoom - Food Prepping for Accountability with Mel: Food prepping is one of the best habits to develop for your wellness. Come with your own menu to cook or join Mel to cook her simple and easy to follow dishes that allow you to mix and match for multiple meals to help keep you on track of your food intake. Protein sources will be given for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Recipes can be found in the files section in the Facebook group one week before the class to allow time for shopping.
