This is not your average everyday cooking class, this is a Valentine’s Cooking Extravaganza!  Join us for this very special event whether you are on your own, cooking as friends or a couple, or cooking as a family.  We are going to make a Valentine’s feast that will include the classic French stew, Coq Au Vin along with Buttery Mashed Potatoes, and a Simple Green Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette.  


You will also receive recipes for an appetizer Harvest Board and Decadent Chocolate Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting to complete your Valentine’s dinner.  This class will be the day before Valentine’s day so you can choose to enjoy your special dinner immediately after the class or save it for the following day to make it an official celebration of Valentine’s Day.  (Trust me, the stew gets better over time.)  We will also have a contest and a giveaway so you will have the opportunity to win a Harvest Board Board and Harvest Board Tools.
