Stretching is like anti aging for your muscles! Take a break in the middle of the day to work on both strength and flexibility. This dance inspired stretch/flow class will focus on warming up the body, then stretching through all major muscle groups with a combination of flow, stretch and strength. We will go through splits progressions (full splits will be optional) You will need a mat or something soft to put under your knees to participate.
