Seasonal Reset Program Part 1

It can be extremely beneficial to give our bodies a little break and some added TLC at least a few times each year. The goal of this gentle and nourishing reboot is to encourage your body to welcome the coming of summer and to harness some of the energy and vibrancy that comes with it by gently supporting your body’s own detoxification processes through the use of seasonal, whole foods and lifestyle practices. This program will begin with an online session on June 2nd, to walk you through the 7-day reset. You will be given a workbook full of tips, recipes, tools, and ideas to help you through the reset, as well as a guided meal plan if you would like a more structured approach. The program will include a follow-up session on June 13th to check in on your experiences with it.
