We’ll take a deeper dive into the kitchen as I share simple ways to use sauces, spices, and marinades to transform any meal from blah to brilliant. We’ll check in and reflect on how our meal planning is going, and make the adjustments necessary to make it work for us. Here, we'll also uncover the myriad ways to get the whole house involved in the process to facilitate community, free up some of your time, and even have fun in the process.
