Mindful eating is a practice of being fully present while eating; and exploring your food and body with non-judgemental awareness, curiosity and loving kindness. This practice can help you manage your stress levels, support digestive and gut-health and improve your relationship with your food and body.
In each class you’ll practice slowing down while eating, connecting with your body’s hunger and fullness signals, offering your body self-compassion and more.
Each class will include a brief eating meditation followed by a discussion. Please bring something to eat, like fruit/dried fruit, nuts, raw veggies, or any food you'd like to explore.
