30 min yoga flow to reset before the new year.

A yoga flow is a great practice to do near or around a full moon, as a way to reset, tap into new beginnings, reconnect with your true nature and refuel for the month ahead. Full moons represent a cycle of completion that involve shedding and letting go. Moon salutations tap into the creative life force within, offering a meditative, grounding and soothing practice while yoking your mind, body and soul.
