If you’ve ever been told to cut out healthy fats in order to lose weight or improve your health, you’ve been misled! Not all fats are created equal. Healthy fats play a role in hormone balance, blood sugar regulation, mood, pain management, a healthy immune system, among many more crucial functions. In this class you will learn what to look for on labels, understand the health benefits of saturated fats, discover the importance of essential fatty acids (omega-3s and omega-6s), and which fats to choose and which fats to lose. We will also make a delicious healthy fat treat—Golden Bliss fat bombs. These will be a delicious healthy swap from the typical holiday sweets!
