If stress has you frequently craving sugar, skipping meals, feeling scattered and neglecting your basic needs, this class is for you. 

Stress is normal and healthy - but can have long-term health consequences if ignored. 

In this class, you’ll learn about the effects of stress on the body – both short and long-term; how stress can lead to chronic illness; and what essential foods and lifestyle practices support a calm nervous system. You’ll also be guided through a brief mindful eating practice.
